Aloha e komo mai! My name is Christina Black! Mahalo for your interest in Pilates, I offer a wide variety of options:

If you're on O'ahu, you can take a Pilates Reformer, Pilates Jump Board or TRX/Pilates Mat class with me or you can book a Private session tailored to fit your ability and level.

Don't live in Hawai'i? Not a problem! I offer remote one-on-one Pilates sessions based on the props or equipment you have.

If you're looking for a self-directed Pilates workouts, head to my YouTube channel. The videos are categorized by level, time, prop and even body part - there's even a 31 Day Pilates Challenge with a beginner track for those brand new to Pilates.
