About Me

Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, I’ve always embraced an active and artistic lifestyle. After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering I decided to move to New York City to pursue a professional dance career. Various injuries led me to discover my love of Pilates and in 2013 I earned my Comprehensive Certification from Balanced Body in New York. In Los Angeles, I expanded my training to include the CoreAlign and the Redcord Suspension System. I love motivating and challenging my clients to reach higher levels of physical and mental well-being. I’ve worked with athletic individuals seeking a balanced workout to clients with various injuries to prenatal and postnatal women to Multiple Sclerosis, early-onset Alzheimer's, Scoliosis, Spinal Cord Injuries, patients recovering from a Stroke and clients rehabbing from surgery.

For the past 3 years, I've been building an extensive library of quality Pilates mat workouts on YouTube. There's a wide range of videos to choose from that vary in level, duration, props and even body part. Get into shape from the comfort of your own home or take me with you while you're traveling! If you're brand new to Pilates or if you're a seasoned client who is looking for an easy to follow program that takes the guesswork out of planning, check out my 31 Day Pilates Challenge. I’ll be doing two different programs depending on your level - a beginner track where we’ll start from the beginning, introducing you to the fundamentals of Pilates and a mixed level/intermediate track if you’ve had prior Pilates experience.

If you would like a more individualized approach, please contact me for in-person (if you live on O'ahu) or online private sessions. Many clients call me an injury specialist due to my methodical approach to the body but I also pride myself on being empathetic because I too know what it's like to desire movement while being injured.

Mahalo for joining me, I hope to inspire all of my clients through movement, alignment, and breath.
